All items available at The Little Posh Company are handmade with love and care. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your item(s) to ship, unless otherwise stated in product description. This does not include shipping time. Items are shipped via USPS and can take from 2-5 business days depending on where you live. Address changes will not be made once order is completed. Please ensure all shipping information is correct as we are not responsible for lost mail.
LPCO is not responsible for lost or damaged mail in any circumstance. LPCO is not responsible for incorrect addresses or stolen packages. Tracking numbers are provided for every order. Please contact your local USPS first with any mail or delivery concerns.
Entire order will be held with pre-order items. If you need other items before the pre-order item is due to ship, please place orders separately.
An additional fee will be included for color changes and special sizing. Additional customizations start at an additional $5. Promotions and coupon codes are not applicable to custom orders or non site-ready items.
Currently, LPCO does not offer refunds or changes to items once the order is placed. Please review and check product details and sizing BEFORE completing your order. Adjustments on coupon codes and/or shop credits are not admitted once order is placed. Coupon codes and shop credits are not applicable to custom requests. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on custom requests.
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, photo proof must be provided with three (3) days of item delivery and reviewed by seller. The item must then be returned BEFORE a replacement item is issued. As items are all handmade, refunds are not permitted. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance.
